Harvey Nash Group PLC08 November 2007 Harvey Nash Group PLC Transfer of shares in relation to the Harvey Nash Share Bonus plan Harvey Nash Group Plc (the Company) The Company announces that on the 6th November 2007, 2,000 ordinary 5p shares inthe Company were transferred to employees of the Harvey Nash Group by the HarveyNash EBT Ltd in relation to the Harvey Nash Share Bonus plan. Following this transaction, Harvey Nash EBT Ltd holds 126,775 shares. The Trust is a discretionary trust under which all employees of the Harvey NashGroup are potential beneficiaries, including the directors each of which isdeemed for the purposes of the companies Act 1985 as interested in all of theShares held by Harvey Nash EBT Limited.
