Transfer of Shares to Spouse

The Company announces that it received notification on 13 March 2013 of the transfer by Jonathan Glenn of 11,369 ordinary shares of 10 pence each into the name of his wife, Janis Marie Glenn for nil consideration.

Following the transfer, Mr Glenn's total beneficial holding of shares in the Company is 17,377 shares representing approximately 0.06% of the total issued shares in the Company.
