Harvey Nash Group PLC27 November 2006 Harvey Nash Group PLC Transfer of shares relating to the Harvey Nash Share Bonus Plan Harvey Nash Group plc (the Company) The Company announces that on 24th November 2006, 15,000 Ordinary 5p shares inthe Company were transferred to employees of the Harvey Nash Group by the HarveyNash EBT Limited in relation to the Harvey Nash Share Bonus Plan. Following this transaction, Harvey Nash EBT Limited holds 402,790 shares. The Trust is a discretionary trust under which all employees of the Harvey NashGroup are potential beneficiaries, including the directors each of whom isdeemed for the purposes of the Companies Act 1985 as interested in all of theShares held by Harvey Nash EBT Limited.
