Transfer of Shares out of Treasury (LR 12.6.4)
Further to the approval of the combined bonus and long term incentive scheme for 2015 to 2017 at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 20 May 2014 and, pursuant to LR 12.6.4, Raven Russia announces the following transfer of treasury shares for the purposes of the Company's Employee Benefit Scheme (EBT):
