Transfer of shares held in Treasury

SThree plc (the "Company") announces that on 10 January 2013 it transferred 5,156 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") from Treasury to be used for the exercise of options under the savings related share option scheme.

Following this transfer the Company holds 2,278,530 Ordinary Shares in Treasury and the Company's issued share capital is 121,115,597 Ordinary Shares (excluding Treasury shares).
