Transfer of shares held in Treasury

SThree plc (the "Company") announces that on 30 November 2012 it transferred 29,329 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") from Treasury to be used for the exercise of options under the savings related share option scheme.

Following this transfer the Company holds 2,137,079 Ordinary Shares in Treasury and the Company's issued share capital is 121,257,048 Ordinary Shares (excluding Treasury shares).
