Transfer of shares held in Treasury

SThree plc (the "Company") announces that on 6 August it transferred 614,203 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") from Treasury to be used for minority interest transfers to individuals with some of the shares due to be sold.

Following this transfer the Company holds 2,398,173 Ordinary Shares in Treasury and the Company's issued share capital is 120,609,406 Ordinary Shares (excluding Treasury shares).
