Transfer of Shares

PureCircle (LSE: PURE), the world's leading producer and marketer of high purity stevia ingredients has today been notified of the transfer of 200,000 shares free of payment by a Director, Magomet Malsagov to Half Moon Bay Enterprises. The transfer is one-off and due to private matter.

Subsequent to the transfer noted above, the interests held by the Director in the Company are as follows:-

Mr. Magomet Malsagov: 14,855,612 ordinary shares and 582,000 options, all held directly
