Transfer of Shares
Transfer of Shares
The Company has been advised that Nineteen Twelve Management Limited, a company controlled by James Rose, a director of a subsidiary company, has today transferred its entire holding of 50 million ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £nil to James Rose personally (the "Transfer").
Following the Transfer, the following notifiable positions of Ordinary Shares are held:
