Transfer of Shares - John Croft

The Group was notified today that John Croft, the Non-executive Chairman, transferred 11,000 ordinary shares in Fusionex from The Streets Online Limited Employee Benefit Trust, (a self-invested scheme to which he, his spouse and children are sole beneficiaries), to be held in his own name. This transaction has no effect on the beneficial interests of John Croft and his immediate family which remain at 11,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.03 per cent. of the Group's issued share capital.
