Directors' shareholdings

Marston's PLC (the "Company") announces that it has been notified that on 27 May 2008 Computershare Trustees (C.I.) Limited, as Trustee of The Marston's Employee Benefit Trust ("the EBT"), holds a balance of 1,333,383 shares following the exercise of options by the Executive Directors over 265,598 shares pursuant to the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan.

The Executive Directors of the Company, Ralph Findlay, Derek Andrew, Stephen Oliver, Paul Inglett and Alistair Darby, are deemed to have an interest in the above balance.
