Ecofin Water & Power Opportunities plc (the "Company") announces that on 3 June 2013 Ecofin Limited, the investment manager of the Company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Ecofin Holdings Limited, transferred its holding of 2,066,052 Ordinary shares in the capital of the Company to Ecofin Holdings Limited for a consideration of £1.295 per Ordinary share.
