Transfer of Shares by a Director

Paysafe Group plc (LSE: PAYS, the "Company") has been notified that Joel Leonoff, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has today transferred a total of 4,502,926 Ordinary Shares of £0.0001 each in the Company ("Shares"), from 9212-2670 Quebec Inc into an account held in his own name. Mr Leonoff is a beneficial owner of 9212-2670 Quebec Inc and as such, there is no change to Mr Leonoff's beneficial interest in the Company following this transfer.

Mr Leonoff continues to have an interest in a total of 9,768,580 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.99 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company. This number includes the 1,500,000 Ordinary Shares pledged by Mr Leonoff in favour of Equities First Holdings, LLC.
