Transfer of shares

The Company was notified on 21 June 2010 that, on the same day, Stewart Wallace, a director of the Company, sold 473,374 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 355p per share. Immediately following this disposal Autovibe Ltd, a company owned by Mr Wallace's wife, Mrs Wendy Wallace, purchased 473,374 Ordinary shares at a price of 355p per share.

Following the transaction Stewart Wallace's and his connected parties' beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 793,124 Ordinary Shares representing 1.60% of the Company's issued share capital.

The transaction was completed for tax planning purposes.
