Transfer of major shareholding into new entity
Sumo Group (AIM: SUMO), the award-winning provider of creative and development services to the video games and entertainment industries, has been informed that, as part of an internal reorganisation, Perywn Bidco (UK) Limited has transferred its entire shareholding in the Company to Perwyn Bidco (UK) II Limited.
Furthermore, the relationship agreement between Sumo Group, Perwyn Bidco (UK) Limited and Zeus Capital Limited, entered into on the Company's Admission to AIM on 21 December 2017, has been novated from Perywn Bidco (UK) Limited to Perwyn Bidco (UK) II Limited.
Following the transfer of shares, Perwyn Bidco (UK) Limited's interest in ordinary shares is nil, and Perwyn Bidco (UK) II Limited's interest in ordinary shares is 26,170,961, representing 16.42% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
