Completion of transfer from the Equity Shares (Transition) category to the Equity Shares (Commercial Companies) category

Further to the announcement on 11 August 2025, Dar Global is pleased to announce the approval by the Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA") of the Company's transfer of its listing of ordinary shares from the Equity Shares (Transition) category to the Equity Shares (Commercial Companies) category of the Official List of the FCA (the "Transfer").

The Transfer will become effective at 08:00 (BST) today.
