The Company has been notified that on 11 March 2010 that Mr JT Langlands, a Director of the Company, transferred 20,000 Ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Shares") into his spouse's name, Mrs ME Langlands. Immediately following this transaction:-

1 Mr. JT Langlands' total holding is 22,710 shares.

2 Mr JT Langlands' wife's total holding is 146,132 Shares.

3 Mr JT Langland's total beneficial holding remains unchanged at 168,842 (0.64%)
