Transfer of the Balancing Responsible Party activity ("BRP") from Societatea Energetica Electrica S.A. ("Electrica S.A.") to Electrica Furnizare S.A. ("EFSA")

During the meeting held on 7 March 2018, the Board of Directors of Electrica S.A. decided to mandate Electrica S.A.'s executive management to accomplish all the formalities needed for the transfer of the BRP activity from Electrica S.A. to EFSA and to sign the activity transfer contract, taking into account the price that will result from the evaluation performed by a third party.
