Transfer of shares held in Treasury

SThree plc (the "Company") announces that on 8 August 2013 it transferred 8,432 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") from Treasury to be used for minority interest transfers to individuals with all of the shares due to be sold.

Following this transfer the Company holds 868,596 Ordinary Shares in Treasury and the Company's issued share capital is 122,525,531 Ordinary Shares (excluding Treasury shares).
