Transactions under share buyback programme
Following the share buyback programme as announced on 3 June 2016 and extended on 30 June 2016 (http://www.brack-capital.com) the Company announces that it has today repurchased 26,750 of its own shares at a price of €1.10 per share.
The total number of shares repurchased under the share buyback programme is shown in the table below.
