Transactions in Own Shares

25 October 2013 CRYSTAL AMBER FUND LIMITED ("Crystal Amber Fund" or the "Fund") Transactions in Shares The Company announces that on 24 October 2013 it sold an aggregate of 3,402,488Treasury shares at a price of 153.1p per share, which approximately equates tothe current net asset value of the Fund per share, in consideration for theacquisition of 11,202,600 ordinary shares in Leaf Clean Energy Co, representing8.7 per cent. of the issued share capital of Leaf Clean Energy Co, from twoindependent institutions. Furthermore, the Company announces that on the same date it sold 1,000,000Treasury shares at a price of 153.1p per share to an institution. In addition the Company announces that on the same date it purchased 50,000 ofits own ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 146p pershare. These shares will be held as treasury shares. Following the above transactions, the total number of Ordinary Shares held astreasury shares by the Company is 1,059,512. The total number of OrdinaryShares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 77,170,153.
