Transfer of Treasury Shares
Reckitt Benckiser plc ("the Company") announces that, on 8 February 2007 the following ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury shares for the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Executive Share Option Scheme:
12,950 ordinary shares at ‚£7.140 per share
4,238 ordinary shares at ‚£9.00 per share
65,000 ordinary shares at ‚£9.504 per share
255,000 ordinary shares at ‚£11.186 per share
7,257 ordinary shares at ‚£12.120 per share
Following the above transfers of treasury shares, the Company holds 3,163,555 ordinary shares in treasury.
The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 717,086,549.
