Transfer of Treasury Shares

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("the Company") announces that, on 1 February 2010, the following ordinary shares (39,825) have been transferred from treasury shares for the purpose of satisfying exercises on maturity under the Reckitt Benckiser Group Share Schemes/Plans being 3 year contracts for the UK and 4 year contracts for France.

UK Share Save Scheme:

33,974 Ordinary shares at £16.90 per share

Global Stock Profit Plan:

5,851 Ordinary shares at £13.71 per share

Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 2,399,490 Ordinary shares in treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 719,969,022.
