Transfer of shares held in Treasury

SThree plc (the "Company") announces that on 12 February 2016 it transferred 460,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") from Treasury to be used for the exercise of options under the LTIP share option scheme.

Following this transfer the Company holds 105,547 Ordinary Shares in Treasury and the Company's issued share capital is 129,561,136 Ordinary Shares (excluding Treasury shares).
