Telecom Plus PLC26 July 2007 Telecom plus PLC (the "Company") Transaction In Own Shares - Total Voting Rights and Share Capital The Company is pleased to announce that on 26 July 2007 it purchased 700,000ordinary shares at a price of 175 pence per share. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares. The total number of ordinary shares of 5p of Telecom plus PLC in issue as at thedate of this notice is 69,031,863 with each share carrying the right to onevote. There are 1,450,000 shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in Telecom plus PLC is therefore 67,581,863.
