Telecom Plus PLC04 January 2008 Telecom plus PLC (the "Company") Transaction In Own Shares - Total Voting Rights and Share Capital The Company is pleased to announce that it has today purchased 425,000 ordinaryshares of 5p each at a price of 185 pence per share to be held in treasury. Following this transaction, a total of 2,628,341 shares will be held intreasury. The total number of shares (excluding those held in treasury) in Telecom plusPLC is therefore 66,403,522.
