The Company announces that on 12 November 2015 it sold 65,000 shares from Treasury at a price of 171.5p per share.
Following the above transaction, the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury by the Company is 6,218,486. The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding shares held in Treasury) is 92,781,276.
