The Company has been notified that on 18 May 2016, Geoff Drabble, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 3,000 shares at price of 488.4 pence per share.

Following the purchase, Mr Drabble's total holding is 3,000 shares (less than 0.01% of the Company's share capital, exclusive of treasury shares).
