SHARE REPURCHASE
The Capita Group Plc announces that it purchased 343,819 ordinary shares in the Company on 30th July 2010 at a price of 721.32p per share.
The purchased shares will be held as Treasury shares.
Following the above purchase the Company holds 13,489,649 shares in Treasury and has 613,988,046 shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares).
