Grainger PLC02 August 2007 Grainger plc Transaction in own shares Grainger plc announces that on 1 August 2007 it purchased through JP MorganCazevone Limited 100,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company forcancellation at a price of 485 pence per share.
