Managed Income

JPMorgan Elect plc purchased 22,292 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 105.26 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 2,904,115 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 69,058,020.

Managed Growth

JPMorgan Elect plc has today purchased 62,940 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 698.00 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 4,130,850 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 33,661,542.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
