Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 9,093 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 934.00 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 3,460,554 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 27,129,616.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 80,078 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 98.00 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 10,197,464 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury 74,019,987.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
