Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 10,721 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 731.80 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 8,318,325 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 29,992,394

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 15,586 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 82.16 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 15,812,004 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury is 82,659,182.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
