JPMorgan Elect plc has today purchased 92,835 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 699.99 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 4,370,229 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 33,422,163.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
