Rightmove Plc14 September 2007 Rightmove plc Share buy-back programme Rightmove plc - Transaction in own shares Rightmove plc ("Rightmove"), the UK's no. 1 property website, announces that on14 September 2007 it purchased 50,000 of its 1p ordinary shares at a volumeweighted average price paid per share of 578.8735p. The highest price paid pershare was 580p and the lowest price paid per share was 575.50p. Rightmovepurchased these shares via UBS Limited. Rightmove has purchased 550,000 of its own shares since announcing the secondtranche of its share buy-back programme on 3 September 2007. The sharespurchased have been transferred into treasury. Following the above purchase,Rightmove holds 2,268,838 shares in treasury.
