The Company announces that it has today purchased 232,850 ordinary shares into Treasury at 402.88 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 54,158,652 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 227,475,258. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
