Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 13 May 2014, it purchased 134,000 of the Company's own ordinary shares at a price of 94.0pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 60,130,034 ordinary shares of 1 penny in issue.
