BG GROUP plc22 August 2007 BG Group plc announces that on 22 August 2007 it purchased 1,330,000 of itsordinary shares at a price of 750.3787 pence per share through Morgan StanleySecurities Limited. It is intended that these shares will be held in Treasury.
