On 25 February 2013, Reckitt Benckiser Group plc acquired from HSBC Bank plc,125,363 of its ordinary shares at an average price of £43.42002 per ordinaryshare. These shares will be held as treasury shares.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, theCompany has:

1. 15,535,524 shares held as treasury shares; and

2. 719,038,001 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares)
