Transaction in own shares

Haynes Publishing Group P.L.C., ('the Company") announces that on 26 March 2012, it purchased for holding in Treasury 740,000 Ordinary 20p shares, at a price of GBP2.00 per share.

Following the transaction, the Company holds 1,240,000 (16.9%) of its Ordinary 20p shares in Treasury and has 6,111,540 Ordinary 20p shares in issue (excluding shares held in Treasury). The Company also has in issue 9,000,000 'A' Ordinary shares of 20p which are unlisted.

This announcement is made following notifications made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.5.1 and Listing Rule 12.4.6R.
