Transaction in own shares

bwin.party announces that on 6 October 2011 it purchased, through Numis Securities Limited, 291,510 of its ordinary shares for cancellation at an average price of 113.20 pence per share. The highest price paid was 114.0 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 111.6 pence per share.

Following the above purchase, the Company has now bought back 5,822,921 shares for cancellation, since 6 September 2011 when the buy-back programme commenced. The total number of bwin.party shares in issue is 847,086,350 and the total number of voting rights in issue is 843,175,880 (total number of shares in issue minus 3,910,470 shares held by the employee benefit trust in respect of which the voting rights have been waived).
