JPMorgan European Discovery Trust plc has purchased into Treasury 72,045 Ordinary shares at 461.946 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction the Company holds 17,356,089 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 118,958,814

 

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
