Transaction in Own Shares

7digital (AIM:7DIG), the digital music and radio services company, announces that on 1 April 2015, the Company transferred 191,921 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") out of treasury as follows:

- 12,055 Ordinary Shares to satisfy the exercise of options over Ordinary Shares by employees;

- 75,758 Ordinary Shares to Imagination Technologies Group plc and 75,758 Ordinary Shares to Dolby International AB in lieu of Non-Executive Director fees in relation to Sir Hossein Yassaie and Eric Cohen; and

- 28,350 Ordinary Shares in respect of bonuses due to senior management of which Ben Drury Chief Strategy Officer of the Company, received 1,728 Ordinary Shares, at a notional price of 16.38p;

together, (the "Transfers").

Mr Drury now holds 12,788,631 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 11.9 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.

Following the Transfers, the Company will have 108,431,517 Ordinary Shares in issue. There are 828,831 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in 7digital will be 107,602,686. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
