Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 307,652 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 207.70p, the lowest price paid was 205.40p and the average price paid was 206.7367p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 32,630,458 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,121,897,167 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
