St Ives plc - ('the Company') Transaction in own shares

St Ives plc announces that, on 3 November 2014, it purchased through Numis Securities Limited 50,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company at a price of 193.00 pence per share. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares.

Following the above purchase, the Company holds 504,047 ordinary shares in Treasury and has a total of 124,666,658 ordinary shares of 10p each (excluding shares held in Treasury) in issue. The number of ordinary shares purchased represented approximately 0.04% of the voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to such purchase.
