Transaction in own shares

Griffin Mining Ltd ("the Company") announces that on 8th May 2024 Panmure Gordon (UK) Limited ("Panmure Gordon") purchased on behalf of the Company 50,000 of the Company's own ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 154.0 pence per Ordinary Share. The Ordinary Shares have been purchased to be held in treasury for the time being.

The ordinary shares have been purchased under an irrevocable commitment with the Company's corporate broker, Panmure Gordon, to manage the Share Buyback Programme, announced on 26th February 2024, on the Company's behalf.

Following completion of the purchase of these Ordinary Shares there are 184,530,477 Ordinary Shares in issue, of which 180,234 Ordinary Shares will be held in treasury.

Consequently, shareholders should use 184,350,243 Ordinary Shares as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
