Paragon Banking Group PLC (the "Company") announces that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of £1.00 each through Jefferies International Limited ("Jefferies") over the period from 16 March 2026 to 20 March 2026, as part of the share buyback programme, of up to £50m, announced on 3 December 2025.
