REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES INTO TREASURY

JPMorgan European Discovery Trust plc has purchased into Treasury 133,167 Ordinary shares at 473.125 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction the Company holds 13,576,728 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 143,898,203.

 

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
