Wilmington Group Plc11 September 2007 Wilmington Group plc Transactions in own shares Wilmington Group PLC announces that it has today purchased through NumisSecurities Limited 15,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 233.5 pence pershare. The highest price and lowest price paid for these shares were 234.5 penceand 233 pence respectively. The purchased shares will all be held as treasuryshares. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 320,000 ordinary shares inTreasury and has a total of 83,836,179 ordinary shares (excluding shares held inTreasury) in issue.
