The Company announces that it repurchased 54,539 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 1129.25 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction, the Company holds 113,221,814 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 168,412,096. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
